Firstly, we aquired PIXELearning.

Then we sold PIXEL to get a signficant equity stake in an AIM Listed company called Intellego Holdings plc (IHP).

Now we are re-structuring Intellego to build the Digital Learning Marketplace and roll up via acquisition several digital learning companies into IHP.
